Job Description
Rolesand Responsibilities:
• Provideleadership and guidance to a team of Finance professionals responsible for FinancialPlanning and Analysis (FPNA), including management reporting, businessintelligence, financial data governance and analytics
• Activeand trusted partner to senior management and business heads to deliver businessoutcomes in line with firm goals and strategy
• Supportthe management team in shaping and communicating firm strategy and direction,through timely and meaningful business insights and data analytics
• Managefirm costs to achieve a competitive cost-to-income ratio
• Establishstrong financial data governance and a robust analytics function
• Driveand manage change working with stakeholders within and external to OSPL
• Monitorkey strategic projects financial planning and analysis Qualifications

• Strongfinance, analytical, communications skills
• Demonstratedcommercial acumen and delivery of business outcomes
• Solutiondriven, resourceful and highly motivated
• Leadership,influencing and management skills with good work ethics
