Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the development, transformation and execution of strategy for clients and reports to the Operations Transformation Lead, under the Head of Advisory.
- Works across business and technology stakeholders to ensure the alignment of cyber security to business direction.
- Supports cross-functional projects that requires expertise and understanding of business risks.
- Works with the Consulting team members and the client to interpret strategic, operational and project objectives of clients into tangible outcomes for cyber security with business context.
- Develop and/or apply the use of appropriate methodologies, frameworks and approaches to identifying business risks, analysing them and integration of them to deliver cyber security outcomes.
- Conduct a variety of analysis of business and technology environments, infrastructures and markets to develop solutions to address identified gaps.
- Support client transformation journeys while ensuring alignment to strategic and project objectives.
- Perform research and analysis on a full range of business, technology and people considerations, including strategic planning, governance, policy, knowledge management, industry research and emerging trends.
- Perform research and analysis on regulations and policies to determine alignment and assist with the development, implementation and tracking of the progress of organisational objectives with supporting goal targets.
- Collaborate and employ expertise from digital fields such Internet of Things (IoT), cloud, block-chain, data analytics and understand their applications to industries such as fintech, healthtech.
- Develop documentation such as business cases, plans in support of digital transformation with cyber security context.
- Apply business principles, theories and concepts to assignments, including the development of documentation and artefacts and contribute to the development of intellectual capital and the building of brand presence.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with technology analysis, focused on digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiar or keen in digital consulting, including both internal and client facing experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalents.
- Understand business and technology trends and their implications to business.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Applicants selected may be subjected to security screening and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Preferred Skills /Qualities
- At least 4 years of experience with digital initiatives/solutions development & implementation.
- Familiar or keen in cyber security consulting or digital consulting.
- Familiar or keen in experience with research, technical and business documentation and analysis.
- Familiar or keen in Singapore Government regulations and policies.
- Familiar or keen in international Cyber Security standards, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, or ISO 27001/2
- Ability to perform project management.
- Ability to work as a part of team or as an individual contributor.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in one or more regional languages and dialects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Visio.
- Strong presentation and briefing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Professional certifications, including, CISSIP or CompTIA CASP+ certifications.
