Your Team responsibilities -

Work closely with the Technology stakeholders and Finance Director for providing financial analysis, BAU & strategic support for the decision making and publishing reports for key business metrics.

Your key responsibilities -
  • Establish a robust business partnership by closely working with the respective stakeholders
  • Providing regular financial insights and strategic support to the Stakeholder, Finance Director etc.
  • Closely work with the inter finance team and help achieving collective goals
  • Identify and sharing key Risks and Opportunities proactively
  • Create an innovative and progressive environment through continuous process improvement.
  • Sharing updates on period business review (Monthly/Quarterly/QBR etc)
  • Closely work with the project managers, controllers and update accruals, actuals
  • Provide deep dive variance analysis vs plan, rolling forecast along with the business takeaways
  • Preparing annual operating plan, rolling forecast
Your skills and experience that will help you excel -
  • Experience band 4-7 years
  • Highly analytical bent of mind
  • Deft at monthly, quarterly and yearly variance analysis
  • Good concept of accounting (accrual, Capex/Opex, P2P process etc.)
  • Command over advanced excel is prerequisite
  • Focus towards automation, process improvement etc.
  • Exposure in SAP, PowerBi, knowledge of VBA/macro are added advantage
