Your new role
Working with an established team, you will report to the payroll manager.

Duties include:
  • Process staff pay runs and investigate any issues that arise
  • Manage all Payrolls on a weekly basis
  • Process all aspects of terminations
  • Maintain employee personal records
  • Conduct monthly reporting for Superannuation and insurance
  • Provide monthly reports to the accounts department for reconciliations
  • Ensure leave balances and accruals are correct, in addition to processing leave forms
  • Review Payroll processes and drive process improvements
  • Complete monthly HR report
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll
  • A can-do attitude with the personality to drive change and improve processes
  • Experience within larger organisations, processing pay for over 200 employees
  • Strong systems experience Chris 21 essential
  • Kronos desirable
