This dynamic and progressive Accounting Firm based in the Eastern Suburbs has a quality client base and an established reputation within the local market. Due to the growth of the business, a newly created position has become available for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team and take over the existing bookkeeping work from the Accountants.

Your new role
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll Processing
  • Reconciliations
  • Journal Entries
  • Month end procedures and reporting
  • Preparation of accounts to trial valance
  • Preparation and lodgement of BAS, Payroll Tax and other statutory tax requirements
  • Liaising with clients and other business stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience using Xero accounting software
  • Ability to clearly communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in an accounting firm or with an organization with multiple entities
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
