In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Liaising with the Delivery Lead on project implementation and testing
  • Requirement gathering with clients and vendors including documentation for the Integration needs.
  • Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs and facilitation of sign-off with customers.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with Mulesoft integrations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to architect efficient and stable integrations.
  • Document and analyse current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
  • Lead the research, development & implementation of new client projects.
  • Provide guidance on the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of support issues in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users.
  • Aligning and designing solutions to business objectives and support the delivery of the change through the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate insights to key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• 6+ years ICT Business Analyst experience in Integration domain.

• Bachelor degree in ICT.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Data Integration teams.

• Good understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint platform and other Integration platforms.

• Strong understanding of integration architecture options such as APIs.

• Business transformation project experience is essential.

• Demonstrated track record of working in medium to large projects in the Utility industry.

• You'll need to be detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

• Strong Mulesoft development skills are desirable

• Experience in Government is desirable
