A growing Insurance organisation located in Sydney's CBD is looking to hire a Senior Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a broad role which includes monthly management reporting, taxation calculations and some Financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background in Insurance, Underwriting or Insurance Brokering with prior experience in management reporting/month-end.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly management reports
- Completion of month-end tasks, including Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Preparation of BAS returns and insurance returns
- Various Financial reporting tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvements
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Insurance experience required
- Prior management accounting experience ideal
- Prior experience in the preparation of BAS returns preferable
- Big 4 external Audit candidates also considered
