Role andResponsibilities As a DigitalOperations Consultant, you will contribute to process transformation with our Banking& Financial Services (BFS) industry clients. Specifically:
- You will conduct as-is understanding, gap analysis, define problem statements and formulate innovative solutions across multiple transformation levers
- You will assist in running client workshops
- You will develop comprehensive set of sound recommendations
- You will actively identify engagement risks in immediate area of responsibility
- You will draw conclusion from the market /industry trends, client issues be leveraging industry knowledge and conducting research
- You will analyze competitive landscape for clients' operation areas as per scope of engagements
- You will typically perform as individual contributor but may need to manage teams as required
