If you join Ortho, no matter what your role, you will be expected to keep that Customer Excellence focus in your work.The OpportunityAs the company continues to grow, we are seeking two Financial Analysts to be a part of Ortho's 2021 Finance Rotational Program. The College New Hire Program is a 30–month program specifically designed to prepare and develop future business leaders within the Finance and Accounting organization. Participants will develop critical leadership and technical skills through three rotational assignments in Ortho's Finance functions, hands–on training, and ongoing mentoring and coaching. Participants complete two, one–year rotations followed by a six–month assignment. The assignment will have an international focus including possible overseas travel to Ortho's global Finance organization. Each rotation provides an excellent learning experience and an opportunity for participants to utilize their leadership skills and technical knowledge to drive incremental value and change. The position can be located in Raritan, NJ or Waltham MA.The ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly closing, financial reporting and analysisSupport budgeting and forecasting processSupport development of business cases to provide decision supportSupport financial process improvements and other strategic initiativesPerform other work related duties as assignedThe IndividualBachelor's Degree (received between December 2020 and June 2021) in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field; or a Master's Degree (received between December 2020 and June 2021) is required.A GPA of 3.3 or better is preferredPrior internship or business experience is preferredDemonstrated leadership experience is requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and solve problemsHighly motivated with intellectual curiosity and a desire to grow as a business leaderExcellent planning, organization and time management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Power PointAuthorization to work in the US on a permanent, full–time basisLess than 10% domestic travel anticipated to our Raritan, Rochester and Waltham locations, with a possible overseas tripWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position#LI–SC1
