Hays Senior Finance is recruiting exclusively for a Senior Accountant to join a market leading, global financial services company in central Swindon who offer excellent development and progression opportunities across the business.
Your new role
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of annual statutory financial statements
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Production of monthly management info, including liquidity forecasts
- Completion of general ledger reconciliation, VAT-returns and payments to HMRC
- Ensuring the implementation and strict application of accounting standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Finalist / fully qualified accountant - ACCA / ACA / CIMA
- Experience in a Management Accountant role
- Effective communication skills
- Driven, self starter attitude
