A Local Authority in the South are recruiting a number of professionals to work within their Children's Services. The authority is committed to providing a quality service and reducing caseloads for Social Workers.
Your new role
You will be working as an auditor / coach to work with front line social workers to complete case audits; identifying the impact of case work. You will do this through face to face meetings with social workers, using core audit tool and coaching techniques. Audits would be submitted to the Quality Assurance Unit for further analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience within Children's Social Work either as an experience Social Worker or as a Team Manager. You will also need a HCPC registration.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hour rate of £40 per hour and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the casework within the local authority.
