Your new role
You will be a robust Finance Manager supporting 8 heads covering transactional finance and management accounts
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previously worked as a Finance Manager, managing finance teams, providing inclusive staff management, staff training and delivery of excellent transactional finance, you will deliver accurate management accounts with a strong understanding of the challenges of working in a customer focused retail environment. You will have experience training new staff and dealing with under performing individuals. You will also have experience gained from a number of other interim positions.
