In the cadre of a re-organisation, we are looking for a junior IT analyst who will join a technical team responsible for the toolings & requirement's analyses. You will be in charge of the tool maintenance (Jira), the reporting & users support. You will act as primary contact for the field teams and authorized dealers in order to register new consumers, device registrations and SWAPs of defunct devices. You will also assist the IT teams in other specific projects.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Oversee the initial changes and expansion of a centrally developed tool that needs to be aligned with the specific market conditions
Functionally maintain toolset to improve reporting effectiveness & efficiency
Combine data sources
Tune operational dashboards
Build specific / custom reports
Integrate customer contract specific requirements in the tool.
Function requirement
For this function, we are looking for a graduate to join the team.
You are interested in developing tools thanks to your ability to thoroughly analyse business requirements & tool capacity.
You have an ability to comprehend, interpret, and comply with company policies and procedures.
You are communicative and can translate business needs into IT requirements.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Experience with or knowledge of following points are an added value
Knowledge of Jira, Power BI.
Process definition & tooling improvements

You just finished your studies in the IT field and you are looking for your first experience.
Or you own a first experience and want to further develop yourself in a functional position.
You are able to fluently communicate in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
