Urgent - hiring immediately *** Our client in Napa is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to immediately join their team ***
We're looking for an AP Supervisor with full cycle payables in a high-volume environment. You will report directly to a fantastic Controller and will have a small group of direct reports. You will also assist the Controller with various projects including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Requirements
* 4-year business/accounting degree or equivalent combinations of training and experience
* Minimum 4 years of construction accounting experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role
* Advanced knowledge of GAAP accounting
* Excellent management and supervisory skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in accounting software
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
