- As part of Fixed Income front office management team, support overall strategy, governance and management of all Fixed Income front office trading analytics and tools
- Manage projects of various sizes and scope, liaising with technology teams to ensure high quality deliverables that meet fixed income trading needs
- Perform quantitative data analysis for trading
- Support innovation & digitalization across all Fixed Income asset classes
Qualifications
- Self-starter and problem solver, hard-working, eager to learn, easy to work with
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform trading data analysis using Python/SQL and excel
- Experience in driving digital product vision, design, and build out
- Strong verbal/written communication
- 2-5 years' experience working directly with Fixed Income traders and sales, deep understanding of the sales & trading workflow
- 2+ years business analyst and tech project management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualification:
- Expertise with capital markets trading platform (e-trading, pricing, STP, risk, p&l, etc)
- Experience with Fixed Income E-Trading platforms (TradeWeb, MarketAxess, Bloomberg ALLQ, etc)
- Ability to interact with senior leaders across front office and other corporate functions
- Experience working with capital markets FinTech companies
