Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY- Accounts Payable Specialist
- The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for all aspects of vendor invoice processing and ultimately payment of the invoice.
- Responsible for correct disposition of checks as well as scanning
- Responsible for answering vendor phone calls in a professional, polite manner
- Responsible for completing special tasks and inquiries upon request

Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE Desired
- Multiple years of Accounts Payable experience
- Hospital or healthcare experience a plus
- Experience working in a large corporation or non- profit environment
- Experience working as part of a large team
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal Skills
- General clerical skills
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and use of the computer
