Information Technology Services and IT Audit Manager
Company Work Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Salary: $90,000 - $160,000
Requirement & Responsibilities:
• Well established, highly profitable, specialized boutique CPA and consulting firm offers an exceptional career opportunity for a Manager of Information Services.
• Prefer candidates licensed as a CPA or CISA with a minimum of five years of U. S. based Big-4 or national CPA / Consulting firm experience.
• This practice is a great alternative to the rigors, politics, and excessive overtime inherent with the Big-4.
• They offer an entrepreneurial, consulting oriented environment with a variety of both Fortune 500 and closely held clients, in diverse industries.

• You will manage project teams to review and assess the IT environments, risks, and controls related to SOX compliance, internal audit projects and SSAE 16 compliance for companies that range from newly public high growth entities in rapidly changing environments, to the largest entertainment and public companies in Los Angeles.

• Ensure quality deliverables on 3-4 IT general and application control projects by:
• Reviewing system narratives and control test results and arriving at sound conclusions on design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Collaborate with firm clients to develop process improvements and remediation plans which address identified deficiencies.
• Demonstrating clear and concise writing, and verbal skills to communicate complex issues in simple terms to clients and team members.
• Successfully manage assigned projects demonstrated by timely completion of quality deliverables within budget.
• Project management skills include resource scheduling, leading client status update meetings, communicating budget to actual progress, and resolving timeline delays through proactive client communication.
• Responding to client needs and balancing the competing priorities with minimal client disruptions, while maintaining project progress.
• Building internal teams through participation in our mentoring program and interviewing.
• Being responsible for managing the overall client relationship and satisfaction for several concurrent projects.
• Being a trusted advisor by understanding success and value from the client point of view.
• Actively teaching the team and advising firm clients as an SME resource in IT compliance and internal audits.
• Realistically, we need someone with a CISA or a CIA license or who has a goal to obtain one in the near future. (We help you achieve this with time off for testing, paying for study materials, and paying for the exams).
• A hands on knowledge of COBIT, SOX, COSO, and PCAOB requirements is required.
