Job Description
Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a real estate firm in Cherry Creek in search of a Sr. Accountant! The Sr. Accountant position is offering great benefits and is paying up to $85,000 (depending on experience)!
The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for:
-Ensuring US GAAP compliance
-Full cycle accounting for multiple properties
-Reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger accounts
-Posting journal entries and adjusting journal entries to the general ledger
-Performing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities
-Assisting with the financial statement preparation
-Preparing multiple financial reporting packages
-Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
-Ad hoc reporting
Requirements for the Sr. Accountant include:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
-CPA is required
-Big 4 experience is required
-2+ years of accounting experience
-Real estate experience is preferred
