As Finance transformation Lead you will report to the Senior VP of Finance and you will manage our finance processes and our automation roadmap.

What you'll be doing
- Define the finance automation strategy and roadmap for the next 3 years
- End to end finance process and SOP analysis and design (P2P, O2C, cash & bank, GL, reconciliations)
- Project management lead and support (finance systems and accounting best practice implementation and roll out)
- Coordinate system integration and implementation of day-to-day project plan/activities, resolving day-to-day issues for each country to ensure the alignment with the system and processes
- Ensure best practice accounting SOPs and finance processes are in place in countries and finance teams are compliantly applying them
Who we are looking for
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- Ability to strategize and prioritize
- Experience in internal audit a big plus
- Experience in process improvement or re-engineering projects in finance back office in either a consultant or internal role
- Experience with ERP, RPA and/or Finance transformation implementation initiatives and projects
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Have strong accounting knowledge and experience
- Strong experience in driving finance transformation projects from both technical and business perspectives
- Must be solution-driven, and possess strong problem skills and business acumen to guide transformation with the needs of the business in mind
- Must be hands-on with can-do attitude
- Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders
- Familiar with change management methodologies

- CPA, CMA certified
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified or been exposed to
