Job Description
The Treasury BMU eCommerce team works closely with Sales and Trading eCommerce team to formulate the roadmap to delivery digital ecommerce solution to facilitate price discovery, execution and straight through processing while achieving positive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Participate in all eCommerce project related matters which include brainstorming sessions.
2. Work with Sales/Ecommerce to formulate a suitable digital roadmap to grow the business. Initially the role will be more of a support role in terms of documentation the business's visions and identifying pros/cons to different approaches.
3. Participate actively in all end-user testing to address issues upfront with IT.
4. Obtain UAT sign-off from the Front office users.
5. Participate in Mock run and go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition to production.
6. Conduct training to end-users.
7. Provide support to senior Treasury members of the project team in terms of project management support. Qualifications
1. A strong analytical and logical approach to problem solving and system development.
2. Able to code using VBA, C+, Python or "R".
3. Self driven to learn new products, system application and processes.
4. Proficient in the Microsoft office suite of products
5. Preferred degree in Business Finance, Engineering/Computer or Science/Math
