Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner (12 months Maternity Cover)

Overview

Finance team is looking for a Senior analyst to support local team in Moscow. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

The role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of finance related responsibilities and acts as a finance generalist for a business unit, region/country. Activities will include deal management, short/long-term planning, contract management, pricing and product management

Key responsibilities will include:
• Assist Russia Cluster Finance manager in monthly key business drivers forecasts
• Support quarterly revenue forecast exercises and annual budgeting activities
• Collect assumptions and provide calculations for Product P&L forecasting and budgeting
• Assist Russia Cluster Finance manager in Incentives and rebates forecasts and budgeting activities
• Support Sales planning process
• Support development of short and medium term strategic and tactical plans
• Support Customer Business agreements process - assumptions review and business case validation
• Support monthly closing process: provide back-up calculations for revenue and incentives accruals
• Support new pricing initiatives discussions. Provide new pricing impact estimations (monthly)

The successful candidate will:
• Have broad understanding of key finance planning processes
• Have good understanding of reporting, forecasting and budgeting techniques
• Be results driven, flexible and adaptable; able to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
• Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Have the ability to introduce creative ideas and solutions
• Have food interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional teams
• Have PC skills with advanced knowledge of Oracle (Hyperion optional) and Excel
