Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analysts from Middle to Senior Level to work on new opportunities and existing projects with the biggest BA department at EPAM. We are ready to offer a wide choice of international clients in different business domains: insurance, fintech, healthcare, workforce management, and many more.

What You'll Do

• Work in BA or Proxy PO/PO roles
• Direct contact with clients and close collaboration with development team
• Business analysis process setup and management

What You Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a business analyst (or similar) role on software development projects
• Command of elicitation, documentation, modeling techniques
• Experience in scope management, change management, stakeholder management
• Understanding of IT/software development basics
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies (especially agile)
• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English, fluent speech, and excellent writing skills

Nice to have

• Experience in project discovery, kick-off
