Our Capital Markets & Advisory Accounting Services (CMAAS) team provides tailored industry-specific advice to clients in various sectors, including Federal, State and Local Government, Financial Services, Energy, Utilities & Mining, Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals and Transportation & Logistics.
Take the opportunity to work on highly visible global clients, large scale financial reporting transformation projects, iconic infrastructure projects, company changing IPO's, and cross-border transactions. Each project provides the opportunity to build your global networks and work with the world's leading Capital Markets professionals.
As a Senior Manager in our CMAAS team your impact will be seen by:
About you
You have a background in financial services within industry (ideally Government) or accounting advisory in a Big 4 or leading national firm and are skilled in IFRS 16 and AASB 1059 and /or Libor offering clients seamless advice and sophisticated solutions. You hold an understanding of international regulatory and reporting requirements with a solid technical accounting knowledge, and will hold a CA qualification (or equivalent).

You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. - Delivering accounting solutions that cut through technical complexity
- Providing knowledge, experience and insight into business transactions occurring within Australia and abroad and into emerging regulatory or accounting standard changes
- Innovating when considering mergers, business combinations, structuring and other areas of accounting complexity: IPO execution, debt offering or leveraged buyout and public & private placement of equities
- Managing both internal and external stakeholders
