This is a high-profile position with significant visibility at executive management level where you will be able to influence the strategic direction of the business.

Your Role

Reporting directly to a strong and supportive CFO, your responsibilities include managing and leading the finance team whilst providing support and expertise to wider business operations.

Your previous experience and strong motivational skills will enable you to lead, and not just manage, the finance function to create a high performing team who are all pulling in the same direction.

About you

You will be a CA / CPA qualified accountant with an impressive background within Big 4 where you will have built significant knowledge whilst working extensively with Tax before moving into commercial roles.

You have built an outstanding resume of experience and now you are ready to be challenged by this fast-paced role. You have exceptional motivational skills to lead and inspire your team. You always maintain a positive professional attitude, exhibit integrity and reliability, and you have the confidence and business insights to make key decisions. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will drive negotiations and influence business partners with a non-financial background. As a part of the leadership team, you will lead the generation of innovative ideas that are sound and progressive; challenge the status quo; and foster creativity throughout your area of responsibility.
