Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Reading, who require a Finance Manager to join their well-developed team. The purpose of this role will be for providing financial management to the Chief Executive Officer and the Head of Finance, which will include budgeting, analysis, forecasting and full presentation of the management accounts.

What will you be doing as a Finance Manager?

Providing an effective, planned service to the Chief Executive Officer
Identifying cashflow issues within the detailed budget on a short, medium and long-term basis
Through analysis, identifying to sustainable business requirements and processes
Providing professional support and advice to sales, site staff and management, including; customer and supplier accounts and VAT recovery
Agreeing, monitoring and analysing key financial and operational metrics
Supporting Head of Finance with accounting entries reconciliations, cashflows and other issues affecting accounts

At least 4 years practical experience working at Senior Level within the Hotel Industry/Events and Catering industries
Ideally a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) (Desirable)
Ability to tackle a range of financial processes and robust financial management
Strong experience of working in a customer focused organisation
Strong personal focus on both internal and external customers
Conscientious attitude and a pride in getting the whole job done
