Under supervision, you will contribute to the profitability and growth of the office by matching the needs of our clients with Bank products and services. In this position you will participate in the implementation of new products and services as directed. This position is also responsible for boarding new accounts and resolving complex client service issues.

Essential Job Duties
- Marketing of Bank products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Completing of required documentation for deposit and treasury management services
- Assist in the resolution of client inquiries
- On-boarding of deposit accounts
- May operate a cash drawer and perform client transactions
- Assist clients with operations related transactions.
What you need for this position :
Job Qualifications
- Two years New Accounts experience
- Working knowledge of Deposit products
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management products
- Comprehensive knowledge of new accounts, IRA, and safe deposit systems and documentation
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations compliance regulations, account analysis, BSA, certification, new account documentation, vault-teller functions, ATM, safe deposit, IRA documentation and the USA Patriot Act
