You will also–– Establish the criteria for identifying impacted policies and how the cleanup will be performed– Be able to identify the overall business impact of these issues and establish a process for informing leadership– Focus on continuous improvementThis position is temporary to hire. The hours are Monday through Friday and will operate during normal business hours.**What you'll be doing:**– Partner with management and peers to transform their businesses through the strategic application of people, processes, and technology– Participate in strategic planning process for your department by identifying complexities, dependencies, and redundancies in the business model– Participate in the planning of business–specific technology plans– Develop and implement moderately complex new business processes or modifications to existing processes– Conduct analysis of moderately complex business and user needs, definition of business requirements and recommendations of appropriate solutions and business strategies– Identify the critical elements of a business process that need to be monitored and managed– Participate in analysis and design of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, governance, staffing, and sourcing to support business goals, strategies, and process architecture– Evaluate and research new and existing products, procedures and/or workflow needs associated with business systems for the company**What you need:**– Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques– General knowledge of emerging industry, competitor, customer demography, regulatory, and market trends as they relate to insurance, reinsurance, and related financial services industries– Demonstrated ability to work with the user community and project team to define scope– Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels within the company as well as external parties– Strong Microsoft Office product knowledge, especially Excel– Experience using HP ALM –Quality Center is preferred**Education** : Undergraduate degree in business, insurance, mathematics, computer science or related field preferred**Experience** : At least three years experience in business consulting and analysisIf this sounds like your kind of role, let's connect!
