Corporate Credit Analyst

Venn Group are currently recruiting a Corporate Credit Analyst position for a Global Investment Bank in the City. This is a temporary position and will require someone with the experience of analysing and managing a portfolio of Investment and sub-Investment grade Global Corporate counterparties. Ideally the candidate will have experience in a Credit Management role either Front Office or Sanctioning within Financial Services, preferably with exposure to the Automotive, Construction, Aerospace, Engineering or Utilities industries. The individual will need to be confident in liaising with Front Office & Distribution teams in order to manage credit transactions and offer working solutions to any risk issues with either the client or transaction. Day-to-day tasks will include the review, analysis and subsequent recommendation to Credit Management of a wide range of credit related requests covering new money, renewals, annual and ad-hoc credit risk grading's, and waiver/ amendments. The successful candidate must be a strong written and verbal communicator and have an advanced level of credit skills. It would be desirable in this position to have the ACA, ACCA, ACT or CFA qualifications, due to the nature of the work.
