Your new role
This is the first finance hire for the business, and there is a promising expectation that this will build momentum for the business moving forwards. Owing to the growth trajectory and dynamic collaborative environment, you will have scope to both business partner at the strategic level as well as have hands on responsibility for the finance function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with ideally fashion experience. They are a start-up business (4 years old and already profit-making), hence vision and experience either dealing with prospective investors or within a successful and high-end luxury fashion company would stand you in good stead. Versatility and adaptability will be essential as you help steer and guide this company in the challenges and opportunities ahead. The team is made up of high-energy and driven individuals so an ambitious aptitude and vibrant commercial inclination is required.
