REED Accountancy have a great opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant / Qualified Accountant to lead a team of 3 accounts assistants in a very strong performing and growing company, based in West Dublin. *Part Qualified orexperienced Accounting Technicians are encouraged to apply as well as fully qualified.

**The following industry backgrounds are highly desirable - Facilities Management, Construction or Engineering

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for three companies within the group to include analysis and commentary
  • Monitoring projects and service calls profitability on a continuous basis
  • Monitoring work-in progress on a monthly basis
  • Processing month end accruals and prepayments
  • Processing inter-company transactions and reconciling at each month-end
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Preparation of VAT, RCT and CSO Returns
  • Working as part of a team to ensure debtors and creditors ledgers are maintained to the highest standards to include monthly reconciliations
  • Working to ensure strict systems controls are maintained and improved upon on a continuous basis as the business expands
  • Assistance with the budgeting process for each company within the group
  • Preparation of year end accounts file
