Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Labor Analytics at Mast Global Technologies (MGT) is responsible for analyzing and improving the utilization of ~1,000 technical resources that support projects and steady state operations. This role partners with multiple teams across Finance and MGT to drive financial/operational performance. The SFA directly interacts with Managers and above in Columbus, Ohio and Bangalore, India.

This role partners with multiple teams across Finance and MGT to drive financial/operational performance. The SFA directly interacts with Managers and above in Columbus, Ohio and Bangalore, India.
Must possess the ability to:
- Interact with Leaders, including influencing and the ability to lead discussions (presentations)
- Prepare management reporting, as well as financial analysis and recommendations, related to IT Labor (internal labor, external labor, Mast Global India, etc.)
- Develop models to analyze the financial impact of resource mix in executing IT work
- Deliver process improvements to redevelop and streamline existing processes to be faster and more efficient
- Strong organization, with ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Complete ad hoc reporting, including analysis and cost recommendations, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, statistics or MIS
- Advanced degree, CPA or MBA desirable
- 3 to 5 years of financial analysis experience, specifically in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis.
- Retail or IT experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to build partnerships across functions
- PC skill proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel / Access skills
