Qualifications:
- CPA Required - Can be Inactive
- Public Accounting Experience
As the Director of Finance and Accounting you will:
- Report directly to the COO
- Experience an open-door policy across the Company
- Manage an existing team of rock stars and continue to build out the team while maintaining their fantastic culture
- Become heavily involved in various M&A projects to grow the Company
- Coordinate across the Company with various functional teams to build, maintain, and create sustainability in procedures and processes that impact accounting and finance
- Maintain strong organizational controls impacting financial transactions
- Partner closely with third parties for audit, compliance, regulatory, and insurance needs
- Oversee and orchestrate the monthly close process and financial statement preparation and distribution in accordance with GAAP
