This is a key role within the business that will see the individual lead financial control duties and drive production of quality analysis to support wider business decisions. - Overseeing the monthly duties of the real estate busines to ensure accurate and timely results
- Leading the yearly and half-yearly reporting processes
- Delivery of budgets and forecasts
- Act as a SME, providing insightful advice to the real estate business across various areas
- Build and present financial models for various business initiatives
- Business partnering responsibiliteis including; strategy, budgets and forecasts
- Drive process improvement projects - IT systems and growing a team
- Board reporting with regards to financial results
- Liaise and develop strong relationships with various steakholders across the business
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, supplemented with CA/CPA qualifications (or similar)
- Proven experience within property/real estate
- Strong technical skills and commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate and work with various stakeholders
