The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager who will provide ongoing support, you will be responsible for the full end to end payroll as well as various projects and queries.
Duties will include:
- End to end management and processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Liaising with staff and management across a range of locations around all payroll related enquiries
- Producing reports for senior stakeholders
- Assist with EBA and Award interpretation
- Identify and recommend continuous system and process improvements
The Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Payroll Officer position
- Pronto experience essential
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- A strong understanding of payroll and related technology/software
- Articulate with strong communication skills
