The company is a listed, well known property business that has an excellent reputation in the market and is seeking a passionate and technically strong Analyst to join the team.

This role will be supporting the accounting function with monthly reporting, financial analysis and insights. They are seeking a candidate with excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively and consistently with high quality reporting, planning and operational insight.

This is a newly created role, reporting into the General Manager of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the reporting processes (including input to strategy, business planning, management reporting, commercial Assessment portfolio reporting and statutory reporting), forecasting, planning
  • Provide insights and work collaboratively with the team, providing data for reporting and analytics in order to support informed management decision making
  • Supporting the General Manager Finance with effective financial risk management, financial control and the smooth coordination of finance activities
  • Cash management and forecasting process and reporting across the businesses
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of finance improvement initiatives across the Regional Businesses

Key Requirements:
  • CA/ CPA qualification, post graduate degree in accounting/ finance or similar field
  • At least 3 years' experience in management reporting, financial reporting, FP&A or related field
  • Experience working in the property/ construction industry is desirable
  • Strong decision making, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act professionally, build relationships with key stakeholders of the business
  • Proven experience working collaboratively without needing to control resources in order to deliver outcomes
  • Experience with reporting tools such as TM1, Power BI etc. is advantageous
