The software they produce is used in a lot of cutting-edge technology used in various technical medical procedures and pieces of equipment. Client Details

The client are a software producer that produce specialised software for various pieces of medical equipment and procedures. They have just moved their head office over to Mayfair from France, however there is still a team located in France. They are looking for a permanent Group Finance Executive to join their finance team (on a permanent basis) and help liaise with the French office. The successful candidate MUST be able to speak French.

Description

The successful Group Finance Executive will:

• Own local ledger for a number of overseas subsidiaries. Includes oversight of local finance personnel and preparation of monthly reporting packs.
• Responsible for core group processes e.g. Accounts Payable and Payroll.
• Assistance in preparing group-level board reports e.g. weekly cash reporting.
• Work with Finance Manager to deliver consolidated management and statutory reporting and group audit.
• Involvement in Salesforce & NetSuite system management, depending on experience.
• Liaising with the French office
• Management of the day-to-day finance operations

Profile

The successful Group Finance Executive will:

• Finalist (ACCA, CIMA) or QBE

• Min. 1-2 years work experience in a relevant capacity and/or organisation (industry or audit acceptable)

• Fluent in spoken/written French

• Prior systems exposure, ideally SFDC and/or NetSuite (preferred)

• Team player, able to work independently within a team structure

• Confident communicator with ability to manage tasks upward & downward

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
