Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to be involved in preparing and analyzing complex financial data for presenting and supporting disclosures in SEC Filings. You will manage portions of the SEC filings on Form 10K and 10Q. You'll analyze complex balance sheet accounts in accordance with GAAP and Western Union accounting policies. You will participate in the most complex accounting projects, such as system implementations and purchase accounting. You will research complex technical accounting issues and writes technical memos including conclusions on accounting positions.

For such a detail-driven role, you'll have 3-5 years' experience in SEC reporting in Public Accounting. You will also have obtained your bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is strongly preferred. You will have advanced system skills with Excel and Word and strong knowledge in financial systems such as Oracle. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and analytical skills.
