Job Outcomes:
1. Deliver Exceptional Client Experience
o Respond to all client requests within 1 business day and achieve deadlines on all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
o Client satisfaction and retention including professional communication, diligent resolution of issues, and keeping colleagues informed of service delivery issues and churn risk
2. Deliver High Quality Accounting Services
o Ensure consistent quality of service delivered according to client contracts and the SmartBooks Way
o Perform accounting as required to meet client accounting and reporting needs, primarily in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank and credit card reconciliations.
o Maintain technology expertise to meet client needs
3. Productivity
o Complete assigned weekly and monthly work
o Understand scope of service in client contracts and bill accordingly, addressing out-of-scope work with Team Manager
o Contribute to overall team profitability. Be efficient with your work. Share information that will help others work more efficiently. Offer to help when you have time available.
4. Develop Additional Skills for Advancement to Cloud Accountant
o Accrual accounting
o Monthly close
o Presenting financial reports to clients
o Supervising work of Junior Cloud Accountants
