This position will inform cost trends and support departmental leadership decision making. It will help the organization coordinate and track against substantial growth. Ideal candidates are those with a financial or analytical background with an understanding of accounting, who are excited by a dynamic environment, challenging experiences, and the opportunity to bring insights. They should have the ability to manage ambiguity and develop solutions to unique problems in a structured and measurable way.ResponsibilitiesExpense PlanningPartner with HR to insure coordination w/ BudgetMonitor and document expense adherence to BudgetAnalyze and interpret actual financial performance versus planSupport departmental cost center budgets and keep tracking systems up to dateReview monthly Engagement Center Variable CompensationPerform ad hoc analysis of financial data and business requests to monitor tactical decisions and enable strategic decision makingMonth EndPrepare monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting packages for investorsMaintain monthly performance analysis resourcesAssist accounting team with monthly provider accrualsPerform monthly benefit and credit card reconciliations to support closeMonitor vendor approvals in AP softwareQualificationsOther Experience & CompetenciesNetsuite (or other GL tool)Experience with AP Management / Travel expense tools (Expensify, Bill.com)Business Intelligence Tools (Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)Excel Expertise – XLOOKUP, Pivot TablesP Variance AnalysisBudgeting/ForecastingExperience developing new tools to justify new expendituresFollow AbleTo on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram!AbleTo is an equal opportunity employer.
