RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Oversee and ensure all smoothly in financial operations and credit control.
- Oversee financial planning, budgetary control, treasury management, capital rising and other financial related corporate exercise.
- Corporate finance functions, include business review, financial modelling, due diligence and business acquisition.
- Direct and manage processes for budgeting and credit control, investment of fixed asset management, cash flow projection, financial forecasting and exercise control to ensure capital expenditure are within the budget.
- Liaise with bankers, auditor, directors, government regulatory bodies, companies secretaries and tax agents.
- Source for corporate / project funding for the Group.
- Reports financial status by developing forecast, reporting results, analysing variance and developing improvement.
- Oversee and act on / escalate issue identified from Sales Personnel action lists, including policy suspension for long overdue account and legal actions.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by Management to you from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess Professional qualifcation in ACCA, CIMA or MIA
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Corporate Services/Business Investment/Manufacturing or equivalent.
