Accountemps has partnered with an esteemed firm in the Non-Profit industry to bring an experienced Bookkeeper onto their rapidly-growing team. How you will make an impact
- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Preside over and review general ledger
- Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Look after archived records by categorizing documents
- Appease accounts by balancing entries
- Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Knowledge of HR Payroll System
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with payroll
- Experience with general ledger
- Basic Bookkeeping experience desired
- Previous experience using accounting software
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
