An expanding Hotel Group is seeking a finance administrator to support the Hotel Groups procurement team in Cork. THE ROLE: Ensuring all paperwork is complete for new account set-up Liaising and negotiating with suppliers Opening new product codes - ensuring all required information is completed correctly Ensuring all information on the system is accurate and up to date Create Purchase Orders THE CANDIDATE: Previous experience working within the hospitality sector Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines, achieve targets and prioritise Attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills Problem analysis and problem solving skills Team member Customer service skills Working across all business types, but exclusively within the accounting, finance & tax community, Barden exists to share bespoke advice, guidance and support to professionals along each step of their career journey.
