Your new role
Reporting to MD you will be responsible for the following:
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires someone who has previous experience working in a small business ideally within property or construction. An individual who doesn't mind being hands on with transactional duties as well as the senior requirements, who enjoys partnering with operations and senior management to truly make a positive impact in the business.
You will be CPA or CA qualified and have great communication skills along with a bright personality.

- Liaising with external accountant on tax and compliance
- Management reporting and preparation of management pack
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Portfolio management
- Commercial business support
