This is a great role that will provide a lot of flexibility where you can choose your days and working hours and will be roughly 22.5 hours per week. You will be assisting the payroll team to process the fortnightly payrun and update employee records. Working in a great team environment and for a large and reputable organisation this will be a great opportunity to work for a well known organisation within a high performing payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an efficient and accurate payroll service, ensuring each pay run is calculated and processed accurately
- Assisting wtih processing a busy payroll
- Maintaining employee and standard payroll data
- Actively promoting and demonstrating a high level of communication and customer service when answering payroll queries
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to legislative requirements regarding Payroll tax and Superannuation
- Provide assistance with the day to day operations of the Payroll as well as accounts payable processes
- Working as a team player and providing assistance where needed within finance and payroll
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a payroll position processing payroll
- Experience withing with different ERP systems
- Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy (particularly word, excel and email)
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and work in a collaborative team environment
- Confidence to work autonomously at times
- Understanding of transactional accounting processes such as accounts payable
