Planning, Budgeting and MIS Reporting
- Business planning in co-ordination with operations.
- Cash flow budgeting.
- Preparation, review and publishing monthly management reports with critical analysis.
- Preparation of any other adhoc reports required by management.
- Accounting, Finalization and Audit.
- Supervising and assisting the small accounting team for posting of transactions, bank
reconciliations, cheque preparation, documents preparation and intercompany reconciliations. - Review of reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts.
- Review and finalization of provisions and prepaid balances.
- Periodical review and validation of books of accounts.
- Periodical review and consolidation of books of accounts.
- Preparation and validation of monthly payroll.
- Preparation of financials as per IFRS.
- Co-ordination with external auditors from engagement till release of Audit reports.
- Co-ordination with legal team for any financial matters having legal implications.
Treasury Management:
- Planning of facility requirements.
- Management of day to day working capital management.
- Regular follow-up with for collection of outstanding receivables from both government and
individual clients. - Cash flow reporting.
- Coordination with all the banks for planning and raising facilities, day to day management of facilities, periodical renewal of facilities etc.
- Policies, Procedures, Financial system and Controls.
- Preparation, Review of Finance department Policies and Procedures.
- Validation and updating of policies based on relevancy and efficiency.
- Initiating control actions based on reports and analysis.
- Liaison with IT Team for resolving all financial system related issues, setups, new
implementation.
