About the Opportunity

Reporting through to the Head of Project Finance, the Senior Commercial Analyst will be responsible for the provision of strategic investment decision support, encompassing quality financial cost/benefit analysis, commercial insights and recommendations. The Senior Commercial Analyst will also deliver value based management assessments of major business initiatives post implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing commercial support for business initiatives, including cost vs benefit analysis, scenario & sensitivity analysis and KPI planning.
  • Providing KPI plan tracking and consolidated reporting for Executive, business sponsors and owners
  • Lead and deliver value based management assessments post implementation for key initiatives
  • Ensure realised benefits are integrated into financial forecasts and Annual planning cycles
  • Manage business case financial reviews and sign off by Senior Finance Management, prior to submission to Executive governance committees

  • Degree Qualified in Accounting or Finance
  • CA / CPA Qualification
  • 7+ years' experience in a large corporate
  • Strong business partnering experience, with demonstrated success collaborating with and influencing a broad range of stakeholders
  • Strong Financial modelling skills
  • Exceptional planning & organisational skills, with demonstrated ability managing time and prioritising work effectively
