Description
The Chief Accountant based in London will have the following responsibilities:
- Ownership of the daily finance activity and review of the finance team's output
- Prepare and review management reports
- Prepare and review the consolidation and accounting for subsidiaries and joint ventures on a quarterly basis and annually
- Perform analytical review on the periodical financials received from investment portfolios
- Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggesting efficiencies
- Review budget performance reports and consult with senior stakeholders where appropriate
Profile
The Chief Accountant based in London will have had the following exposure:
- Qualified ACA with audit training and industry exposure
- Strong IFRS experience
- Exposure to consolidations and tax requirements
- Personable and commercial in their approach to ad hoc issues
- Strong team player
