Consumer Additions are partnering with a fast paced real estate and hospitality organisation to recruit an Interim Treasury Manager to join their team
This role has arisen as a result of the growth of the business and may lead to longer term opportunities.
Candidates need to be available to start within 2 weeks.
Key responsibilities
Responsibility for key group treasury functions:
Weekly inflow/outflow summary to monthly forecast
Monthly HQ cashflow reforecast and scenario analysis (12 months rolling basis)
Monthly report on group debt facility usage and interest/commitment fee statement
Manage drawdowns for group debt facility and communications with loan agent
Manage all HQ bank accounts (opening, access, payments, mandates, closing)
Manage FX transactions
Who we are looking for
Experience of cash management/forecasting, payments processes, procedures and best practices in a multi-currency, multi-entity organisation
Strong diplomacy skills and a degree of resilience with a confident and engaging/collaborative style
Excellent communication skills to develop strong relationships with our HQ teams and with external stakeholders
Advanced excel and powerpoint skills
Strong process and controls background
