Insurer in the city require support within their corporate accounts team as they approach a busy time.
Core duties will include
Manage the month end close process, including cashbooks, expenses, intercompany reconciliations and journals
Preparation of statutory accounts for their entities
preparation of VAT returns and any regulatory returns including RMAR
supporting the consolidation process
prepare the quarterly audit files
They require an experienced and self motivated accountant who is used to working in an insurance company. You will have a strong mix of financial and management accountant who is happy to get hands on and support the senior finance team with all aspects of accounts.
