Our client is a professional services firm in Leeds looking for an interim financial accountant to join them on a long term contract (12 months +) The position will start as a home based role for at least the first 6 months, after which it can be a mix of home and office base.

We are looking for a qualified accountant and the role includes;
  • Working as part of a team in preparing financial accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting work
  • Preparing documents for external reporting
  • Preparing financial statement and liaising with external auditors
  • Supporting the finance team on project work
  • Supplying all information required for VAT and tax queries
  • Strong excel skills are beneficial for this role

Our client continues to trade strongly , they have recruited throughout 2020 in various departments and are experienced in on-boarding new starters remotely.
